商品のお届け時期

「発送について」
発送は火曜日と金曜日になります。
土曜日の23時59分までのご注文分に関しましては「火曜日発送」
火曜日の23時59分までのご注文分に関しましては「金曜日発送」となります。
なお、配送状況により、発送後、到着までに数日かかる場合もございます。ご了承ください。

ご注文の品がプレゼントの場合、表伝票の欄外にご依頼主様のお名前を記入させて頂きます。

常温の商品と冷蔵の商品を一緒にご注文頂いた場合は全て冷蔵便でのお届けになります。商品到着後、常温保存の商品は直射日光、高温多湿を避けて常温保存して頂けます。

全商品ビーガン ですので、卵や乳製品は使っておりませんが、小麦を含む製品と共通の設備で製造しています。アレルギー対応製品でない事をご理解くださいませ。

Shipping Information
We dispatch every Tuesday and Friday. Orders made by Saturday 23:59 will be dispatched on Tuesday; orders made by Tuesday 23:59 will be dispatched on Friday.
Please note that delivery may take several days depending on the courier’s status.

Please note: if you place an order as a gift, we will write the recipient’s name on the package.

If you place an order for ambient products and chilled products in the same order, please note that we will dispatch everything cooled. Once you receive your package, the ambient products may be store at room temperature (please avoid direct sunlight and high humidity.)

If you place an order for a cooled item and a frozen item in the same order, please do not forget to add a “Additional Shipping Ticket” to your order, as the items must be shipped separately.

We do not use any dairy or eggs in our kitchen. However, please note that we do use wheat flour, thus our “Gluten Free” labeled products are not a certified “Free From” product, as cross contamination may occur during production.

返品について

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的には返品には応じません。
